COVID and the 2022 SUMMIT

We are still planning to host our 2022 Renewable Energy Summit at the Monona Terrace on January 27, 2022. However, due to COVID concerns, this year’s Summit will also offer virtual registration. In addition, our programming will be a mixture of in-person and virtual.

For in-person attendees, we will require proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test within 72 hours of the Summit. ALL attendees will be required to wear a mask (except when eating or drinking) regardless of their vaccination status.

If a registrant plans to attend in person but can’t due to a positive COVID test or public health concerns, they will be able to transfer their ticket to virtual. To make a change to your registration, please email Jaime Craig (jaime@renewwisconsin.org).

We will move to a 100% virtual event if the City of Madison or Dane County Public Health requires it and will inform all attendees of this change as soon as possible.

Renewable energy continues to make inroads in Wisconsin. Solar and wind power projects large enough to replace fossil-fuel power plants are starting to come online, and many more are set to follow in the next three years. Meanwhile, accelerating numbers of businesses, farms, nonprofits, and residents are turning to clean energy and energy storage for their own use. The theme of our 2022 event, “All Roads Lead to Clean Energy,” will highlight the convergence of methods, technologies, people, and scale at the intersection of Wisconsin’s energy transformation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your registration up to seven days prior to the event. You will be refunded, less a $30 processing fee.  Cancellations received after January 20th will not be eligible for a refund. We encourage you to send a substitute in your place if you cannot attend.
